In a bid to celebrate the Women’s Day (March 8), Ben Thanh Tourist introduces a cluster of tours designed to make the day meaningful and unforgettable. Binh Chau-Ho Coc Beach This one day body health tour departs on Saturday and Sunday. The new Binh Chau Eco-Resort includes Suoi Mo (dreamy spring) Lake and Que Huong Lake where tourists will get a 15 minute soak in hot spring water and a 45 minute soak in hot mineral mud while breathing fresh forest air.

Women’s Day enthusiasts will also visit the Hanoi-Hue-Saigon Spring in the shade of a mangrove forest to bathe in 37 degree mineral water to heal skin, circulate blood and reduce rheumatism before moving on to the Gieng Troi area to boil eggs in 83 degree mineral water. Bon Mua Trai Cay (Four seasons of fruits) This one day tour goes to Vinh Trang Ancient Pagoda with its ancient wooden Arhat statues then turns into a boat trip on Tien River with its green orchards and four islets, Long (dragon), Lan (lion), Quy (turtle) and Phung (phoenix). Here tourists can learn about Dao Dua (coconut religious sect) and enjoy traditional songs. Next stop is Thoi Son Islet with its ancient houses, bonsai gardens and orchards, where visitors can learn to make coconut candy and raise bees. Giang Dien Waterfall-Thay Thim Palace – Da Do Falls-Ta Cu Mountain Pagoda This two day one night tour to Ham Thuan Nam will bring visitors a view of Giang Dien Waterfall, Tuyen Lam Lake, Nang and Chang falls. Next stops are Thay Thim Palace, a national historical and cultural relic, and Da Do Falls to see unique stone architecture. In the cool breeze and the whisper of waves, tourists can lie on Lagi beach and see the country’s largest lighthouse, Khe Ga Lighthouse on Khe Ga Island. The second day is for shopping at Phan Thiet Market for indigenous specialties and souvenirs of the coastal land. Then on to Ta Cu Mountain to visit Long Son Truong Tho Pagoda and have a panoramic view of Binh Thuan Province.

Green river tour This one day tour cruises theTien River and stops at Cai Be floating market. Visitors will see villagers making bun (rice noodles), com (green rice) and banh trang (griddle cake).
