In February 1982 the Culture and Multi-Service Company of District 11 was established under  the supervision of the Department of Culture and Information of District 11. It’s the very precursor of Phuong Nam Cultural Corp.

 

 

In August 1999, after a long period of continuous growth and diversifying products and services into other domains such as the film industry (Phuong Nam Film Studio), printing industry (Phuong Nam Printing Factory)… Phuong Nam finally completed the process of capitalization and became Phuong Nam Cultural Article Joint-stock Company. This point marked a very important transformation full of opportunities and challenges.

 

In May 2002, with 6 branches at main areassuch as Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, Can Tho,… and more than 20 distribution  centers all over the country, Phuong Nam took the name Phuong Nam Culture Joint-stock Company as its official brand.
